Even the experts of the canine world know practically nothing of the Rottweiler as yet. He is the very newest breed, and was first shown in England only a few months ago, when an excellent future was prophesied for him. He is certainly a very handsome fellow. His name would seem to indicate that he comes from the town of Rottweil, a few miles from the Swiss border. There are reputed to be only about half-a-dozen specimens in England.

The cards illustrated are all scans of the original vintage cards ... they originally came in cigarette packets
each card is of a standard size: approx 1½ x 2¾ inches
the descriptions on the back were often duplicated or reproduced with little variation.
