These miniature Greyhounds are among the" most fragile of their kind. Spme specimens weigh no more than 5-lb. when full grown, and their slender bones will break all too easily under rough treatment. The ideal Italian Greyhound is a perfect edition on a smaller scale of the English Greyhound, very slender, and of rapid, high-stepping gait. Self-coloured dogs will be preferred in the show ring, golden fawn being the most favoured.
